"I've had the pleasure of dealing with the folks at both locations (Springville, Payson) and both locations have been outstanding in helping me out with whatever I need. My latest interaction was with the Payson office. I submitted some paperwork to take care of a claim, and I figured it would take forever because of my prior experience with another company. That was not the case. In a matter of hours, not days, Kim had taken care of my claim. Outstanding group of folks at both locations. Very happy with the folks at State Farm!"
